Bodywork & ceremony

What I do

I facilitate private sessions for bodywork and breathwork, for people who want to clear their body of energetic blockages and trauma. I work with various methods for de-armouring, breathing and plant medicines, in my practice room in the garden in Sassenheim.

Ceremonies

I also facilitate plant ceremonies with psilocybin or other plant medicines. These are guided and supported journeys of six to eight hours, in which you learn how to open yourself fully to your inner strength and how to connect with your life purpose.

Work in the water

Work is also possible in an external heated pool. A form of movement that takes place both above and below the water, in which I carry the receiver. It is a dynamic therapy that can change old breathing patterns through movement, stretching and massage in the warm water. This aims at deep relaxation, relief of muscle tension and a feeling of space and freedom.

Where I come from

Dancing, teaching, fatherhood and making connection are my passion. I give workshops in acrobatics, massage, breath and bodywork. I take part monthly in conscious men's groups, for introspection.

Training

I have studied massage, energy, breath and bodywork methods: pressure point and relaxation massage, Wata & Watsu, Lomi Lomi bodywork, Thai yoga massage, intuitive massage, full body de-armouring, tantric massage, emotional release and TRE (Tension Releasing Exercises). Through these studies and experiences I have gained a great deal of knowledge about unlocking the human body to its natural state of authenticity and relaxation.
